WTO Airport Shuttle Service
Dear players,
before you arrive in Wiesbaden, please help us to make your stay as comfortable as possible, beginning with your arrival.
For an efficient shuttle service, please let us know by mail (office@wiesbaden-tennis-open.de) as soon as possible, but at least one day in advance, when exactly you will arrive and want to be picked up.
When you come by plane we need to know
– the name of the airline
– your flight number
– the expected time of arrival
– your phone number
Our WTO-Shuttle will be at Frankfurt Airport waiting for you at the time we agree on.
Description where to meet the shuttle:
To get to the Shuttle you have to go to TERMINAL 1, DEPARTURES HALL C. On the left hand side of the Starbucks Store there is Exit 7. Please, leave the terminal by EXIT 7 and wait for the shuttle right in front of the exit.
In case you arrive by train, we will pick you up at the same meeting point, when you get off the train at Frankfurt Airport Train Station.
Please note, there will be no shuttle from or to Frankfurt Main Station!
But we will pick you up at Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof (main station)
Please inform us about 1) where you come from and 2) the expected time of arrival
